The infrastructure keeps on coming for Peacocke, bridging the gap to a great future for the people who will live in the area.

As this article in the Waikato Times has revealed, two bridges have now been lifted into place across the Mangakotukutuku Gully. Not only will the bridges carry wastewater pipes under the deck, but they also form a future off-road shared pathway for Peacocke walkers and cyclists.

When complete, the bridges will be another part of the network that will connect Peacocke and the city centre via existing river paths, enabling people to travel in and out of the city.
